Wednesday March 11th  – Sheffield Flood Anniversary Walk – meet Low Bradfield car park 10.30 am to Dale Dyke – return 12.30 pm – recommence (optional) 1.30pm to High Bradfield return 3.30 pm

 

Sunday April 26th – Upper Loxley Valley Round Walk – meet 10.30 am Low Bradfield car park – return approx. 3.00 pm.

 

***Tuesday May 5th – Evening walk through villages & hamlets – meet 7.00 pm Royal Hotel, Dungworth – return approx 9.00 pm.

 

***Sunday May 10th – Ewden Valley Round Walk – meet 10.30 am Glen Howe car park, Wharncliffe Side – return approx 3.00 pm.

 

***Wednesday May 13th – Evening Round Walk at Midhopestones – meet 7.30 pm Ye Olde Mustard Pot, Midhopestones – return approx. 9.00 pm.

 

***Sunday May 17th – Archives Open Day 10.00 am – 4.00 pm in Parish Offices, Mill Lee Road, Low Bradfield for anyone to research Family/Local/Social History.

 

***Monday May 18th – Evening Round Walk on Wadsley/Loxley Commons – meet 7.00 pm Rural Lane car park – return approx. 9.00 pm

 

Wednesday June 3rd – Evening Round Walk in Bradfield Dale – meet 7.00pm Low Bradfield Car Park return around 9.00pm

 

Sunday June 14th  – Stanage & Upper Rivelin Valley Round Walk – meet 10.30 am Redmires Reservoir car park – return approx. 3.00 pm.

 

Wednesday July 15th – Upper Derwent Valley Round Walk – meet 10.30 am King’s Tree (Head of Howden Reservoir) – return approx. 3.00 pm

 

Sunday August 23rd  – Little Don Valley Round Walk – meet 10.00 am Langsett Barn car park – return approx. 3.00 pm.

 

Sunday September 20th – Derwent Edge/Dukes Road Round Walk – meet 10.30 am Strines Bridge car park – return approx. 3.00 pm

 

Sunday October 11th – Don Valley Round Walk – meet 10.30 am Rural Lane car park, Wadsley – return approx. 3.00 pm

 

Sunday October 18th – Family/Local History Day – 10.00 am – 4.00 pm in Low Bradfield village hall

Our archives will be open to the public to research family/local/social history every Thursday from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm – except for Public Holidays and Staff Holidays.
